I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. It was also her first day at the Wylde Green location within Therapy & Flow, and you’d never have known. Great location, fantastic value and I can’t wait to book again. Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An amazing experience 👏👏👏 I have been visiting Jane at Therapy & Flow for several years . She just knows what your aching body needs . Her holistic approach is truly wonderful . I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . Basically after every visit , my body is put back to factory settings , ready for an another episode of daily life . Would truly recommend her 🌸👍🏻

A lovely find, made the mistake of walking through the reformer studio (it’s around the back to get in), it was so relaxing and learnt loads about the other treatments on offer. A great wellness experience :-)

My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

Rach is an absolute miracle worker! I recently booked her signature Harmony massage, and it was 2 hours of ultimate relaxation. I loved the foot massage, and the relief in my back and shoulders was incredible—I could literally feel the knots release, and it felt amazing.I was also struggling with a lot of nasal congestion, and using her specialist skills, Rach had me breathing clearly again within just a few minutes. I've been going to Jayne regularly for facials and full body massages, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's professional, welcoming, and always makes me feel completely relaxed.
