Not just a treatment, but an entire immersive experience... as a Mum of two, I don't often relax in the daytime, but to just let go for 1.5 hours and be so well looked after by Ella, with tailored treatments, beautiful products, and so many lovely and thoughtful details from start to finish in a calming, cosy space... well it was just a slice of heaven! I want to recommend it to everybody I know, and I can't wait to return! Thank you so much.

Katie is the most relaxing practitioner I have ever been to, it’s a pleasure to come in to see her and she always makes me feel so at ease through out my treatments. She takes a personalised approach to all treatments making sure I receive the results I desire and that we have a plan in place that we are both happy with. Thank you Katie!

Amazing as always. Such a beautifully thought out room and products and a lady who genuinely cares and wants you to enjoy and benefit from the treatment. I cannot wait to return. Genuinely the best massage and facial ever and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ella.

Ella just fixes me in more ways than one. I value the time and care she gives me as a person, from the chat as I arrive and settle in, to the magical treatment. I am so pleased my stars aligned and I found Ella because I don't know what I'd do without her treatments now!

I had the most wonderful treatment with Ella. This was my first visit and certainly won't be my last. Ella has set up the most wonderful space that feels so welcoming and tranquil. She was so lovely and clearly very talented. I had the Heavenly Trio treatment and indeed it was heavenly and I left feeling so calm and relaxed! I will definitely be booking another treatment. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, soothing, and beautifully welcoming. Ella has such a natural sense of calmness that instantly puts you at peace. The massage and facial itself was incredible — deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and truly cared for. I couldn’t recommend Ella enough!
