I’ve been going to Sophie for a few years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. Even with fewer treatments due to having baby, my skin has stayed in such good condition thanks to my skincare recommendations. She genuinely cares about achieving long-term results. Sophie is not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she also has the most beautiful personality. She’s warm, kind & caring. Every appointment feels like a little reset for both your skin and your wellbeing. I couldn’t recommend Sophie highly enough, she’s an absolute gem!

After a really painful experience at another laser hair removal clinic, I’d been put off trying laser again. Then I found Sophie at The Glow Room, and it’s been a complete game-changer. Every session has been pain-free, and Sophie always makes me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after. I’m already noticing amazing results, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Phoebe was amazing! My first time getting lashes in years and she was so detailed and precise! I also panicked about keeping my eye shut for so long and she really calmed me down! What a wonderful experience xx

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Abi this morning. Abi explained what the process of my skin peel was and made me feel very relaxed. At the end of my treatment I felt very clean and refreshed! Looking forward to my next appointment in 4 weeks time. I would recommend Abi to anyone.

Just had my first ever facial at 66!!! It was the Glow Infusion and it was heavenly. Abi talked me through everything. I felt so at ease throughout my treatment. The feeling of the ‘fan’ shaped brushes over my face was just incredible, and I loved the hot towels. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you sooo much Abi xx

Sophie made me feel so relaxed. What an amazing experience. My first ever facial. Deep clean and microneedling. It wasn't painful at all. My face was very red. Now drying out. I purchased the Isoskin spray with is helping. I'm looking forward to my next session. Thanks Sophie

This was my 3rd Lympatic massage. I'm 14 days post-op and Chelle was amazing. She kept checking if I was OK, if the pressure was OK. These are really helping. Chelle is amazing, I can't wait for the next one. I highly recommend her.
