She takes the time to explain every treatment clearly, answers any questions honestly, and never makes you feel judged or pressured into anything. What I appreciate most is the trust and confidence I have in her. She genuinely listens, provides expert advice, and always has your best interests at heart. She has such a lovely, down-to-earth "girl next door" personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.

I am so happy to have found Groovy Lash on Facebook. I'd heard great things about the results but was completely blown away by my own. Kate was very friendly and explained what she was doing while she worked. She checked in with me to see if I needed a break because of how much hair was being removed from my hideous eyebrows.
