I had an amazing time with Jude, she makes you feel like you’ve known her forever! She’s so easy to speak to and advises what you need not based on what earns her the most out of you, she’s genuinely advising you with her knowledge and what will work best. This was my first appointment but I’ve booked two more as she’s so busy I didn’t want to miss out on slots😅 couldn’t recommend her more, I had the most relaxing time and the end of the treatment where you can sit and relax in the most beautiful place - herbal teas and fruit? Definitely bringing a book next time,I would stay all day ❤️

Hiya. Had a lovely afternoon and felt very relaxed. The massage was lovely, as was the facial - my skin feels lovely. The scalp massage was fab - new experience for me and i enjoyed it. The only feedback would be not to use the wire head massager as i could tell a couple of times my hair got stuck in it. All in all was really nice - thank you 😊

My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. I would highly recommend Hayley and Elements Spa to anyone considering a facial treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic and positive experience from start to finish. Rita is lovely ,she is extremely professional which is so important when as a customer I am not sure on what would be best treatment for me ,she explained everything to me , helped me to decide which treatment was best suited to me . I visited the head spa and back massage Georgia was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed. The treatment room was very clean,the bed was warm and it smelt gorgeous.The treatment was so relaxing the massage was great and what can i say about the head spa it was fantastic i was so relaxed i will definitely be booking again thank you and i recommend the treatment and salon you will love it thank you
