Wonderfully relaxing experience, made to feel at ease from the start. Room set up is beautiful and small attentions to details such as extremely soft blankets and offer of ice cold water at the end made the treatment even more enjoyable. I was definitely relaxed, managed to fall asleep for a small part of it! Looking forward to trying some different treatments and this one again.

Such a fabulous experience. Very professional, friendly and clean environment. I was nervous but felt more confident once everything was clearly explained to me in a very kind and considerate manner which put me at ease very quickly. I was introduced to Ann Therapies through one of my fitness clients for a massage. And it was a wonderfully calm and relaxing experience in a fabulous environment. Ann's experience in her field is truly exceptional. I've been for full body massage treatments and cupping treatment for specific muscles. I would highly recommend Ann therapies.

The Solace Head Spa is a beautiful hidden gem in Llandudno - Jo makes you feel so welcome & cared for; the hot stone massage with Japanese head spa after is absolutely fantastic to relax & unwind with. Can not recommend this enough!!

I’ve been to Helen and Eleri a few times now for treatments, and every visit has been such a good experience. They’re both so friendly and make you feel completely at ease straight away. I recently went for a treatment I’d been putting off for ages, and I’m so glad I finally had it done with them. They talked me through everything, took their time, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. The treatment itself was quick and much easier than I expected, the aftercare advice was really clear. Can’t wait to see the final results, Thank you soo much 🫶

Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

As someone with coloured hair, I've struggled to find a treatment that brings back its health and shine. The head spa with Jo not only delivered but exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, and the relaxing music made me feel cosy. Jo even gave me a mini facial and a mini hand massage while the hair treatments worked their magic. I chose the rosemary and mint treatment and my hair has been transformed. It feels softer and looks more shiny than it has since I started colouring it. I'm so impressed and will definitely be back.

I went for a consultation prior to booking treatment and was immediately made to feel so welcome. All my questions were answered indepth and professionally. Helen was incredibly helpful and as a nurse, was very knowledgeable. As a result of my consultation I felt the professional team at Wellness Medical Aesthetics are the best choice for me and I have proceeded to book some treatments knowing I will be in safe hands 😊
