I had a fantastic microneedling treatment and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Kathryn was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to carry out a thorough consultation, explaining the procedure in detail and answering all of my questions. The treatment itself was carried out with great care and professionalism, ensuring my comfort throughout. Everything was hygienic, well-prepared, and clearly done to a very high standard. My go-to place now! Had a hydra facial today by Amanda. The treatment was a great experience, and my face is now glowing with health. I would highly recommend a treatment at the laser clinic. I have been there before, and I would definitely return for more treatments. Amanda was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. A great asset to the laser clinic!

I had been taken into a room where the previous therapist had changed the room around. Amanda had been caught out as she wasn’t aware of the change . I was laying facing into the corner of the room and my back to the door which left me feeling very uncomfortable . Amanda dealt with it very professionally but I could see she had been put out with none of her products where they should be. The treatment was lovely , great information , my skin feels fantastic . Amanda had been so welcoming and informative, stayed with me when I had light therapy and let me know . Great experience

Kathryn is an absolute angel. I really need a winter pick me up and I’ve come away feeling like fantastic. I had PDO threads and lip filler today. Kathryn is very gentle and reassuring. I’ve had these treatments before and was extremely happy with the results. She is professional and great company, creating an all round super experience. Already discussed my next appointment. The Exmouth location is really lovely and easy to find.

Amanda is very friendly and personable. This was my first laser treatment and she checked my expectations and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. I didn't know what the "pain" level would be, but it wasn't much. An unusual sesation a little like intense pins and needles but for a fraction of a second. great first experience!
