I had my first waxing experience today at Kasum Spa Club, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Although the waxing was very painful, Shantell made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. She was patient, professional, and reassuring from start to finish, ensuring that I felt at ease throughout the appointment. Her excellent customer service and caring attitude truly made my first waxing experience one to remember. I would definitely recommend Kasum Spa Club, especially Shantell, to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and high-quality waxing experience. Thank you for

My experience was great! At first, I was a little shy and nervous since it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax. I really appreciated how the wax technician made me feel comfortable by carefully explaining the process, what to expect, and the proper aftercare. She was very professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. The environment was also very welcoming and inviting, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

10/10 cross the board at all times. What are you doing if you are not waxing with Shelby? Living under a rock, I assume. Look not much to say, just go wax yuh body and yuh body parts and thank me later.

What a wonderful Spa experience with Alisha. The treatments were spot on. I had an executive relaxation package so body scrub, massage, hand and feet paraffin wax and a facial. The package represented excellent value for money and also had lunch and a glass of wine thrown in too. The scrub, wax and facial were a treat for a special occasion but massages I try to get frequently as a stress reliever. I highly recommend her services and will use them again.

Candy pays special attention to your skin type and hair type to decide on the best treatment options. My wax was basically pain free and I had no adverse reactions. I appreciate a tailored service!

The facial was great, but I would have liked for the person who did the wax to have been more gentle; seeing that it was my first waxing experience

Great experience once again! This time I tried eyebrow theeading and the sugaring procedure for my lip. I like how Kim did not rush thru and how she carefully mapped the shape of my eyebrows and asked if I like it bedore proceeding with threading and hair removal. Awesome service and fantastic customer service!

My experience was great. Lisanne was very professional and is a pro at what she does. I’m a very sensitive girly and after my Brazilian wax I wasn’t feeling any pain, discomfort and there was no swelling nor redness. Ultimate beauty hive is a 10/10.
