Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

I have been waxing with Anna for so long that can't remember. It's always a pleasure getting my Brazilian waxing done. She takes pride in her work she always no hair is left at the end.
