Debbie is absolutely amazing! She really takes her time to make sure your hair is exactly how you want it. The staff at the salon are all really nice and helpful. My experience is great ever single time whether i’m doing my nails, hair, or getting a hydra facial. Best salon in Dubai hands down.

After spending a good hour on browsing through the internet to search for a beauty saloon I run into Locks by Loulou and I decided to give it a try ( I just came to Dubai and it was my first time in a beauty saloon in uae). I did eyebrows, Hollywood waxing with Deepa and I loved her work and how talented and professional she is! I left super satisfied and I already booked my appointment for the next time specifically with her!! I’m so happy I found what I was looking for on the first try!! Ladies, you will thank me later!

I’ve been coming to Locks for 10 years now and love everything about the salon, the experience of the staff, the warm welcome and chats and the trust!! They listen to you and advise for what’s best for you and your hair not just how much money they will make from you! They are amazing with blondes!! I’m always. I had a wonderful experience with my facial therapist Alena. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and caring. She took great care of my skin and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I could really feel the difference in my skin after the session. Truly excellent service.

My first experience with FACETTE FACIAL BAR Clinic.The clinic is perfect ,clean ,good location and the stuff very friendly .Miss Alena was amazing ,very professional and with excellent experience. At first, I was nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and listened to my concerns. The results turned out exactly how I wanted. The treatment by itself was good and does what it claimed. However I understood that it was 50 mins long (and had been in the prior sessions I booked) however this time it was only 30 mins long. The price needs to justify the length of the treatment. If I’m paying for 50 mins and I’m down in 30 due to limited skin issue, the rest of the time should be spent of giving the customer a massage or something.

I had a lovely experience with Carolina. She was very gentle and understood what my sensitive skin needed. Would definitely love to book more facials with her in the future.

I had a wonderful facial treatment experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The therapist was highly professional and explained each step clearly, making me feel comfortable and well cared for. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and noticeably more radiant immediately after the treatment. I would highly recommend this facial to anyone looking to improve their skin while enjoying a truly relaxing experience.

I booked a back facial and surprisingly it was very relaxing! The salon is beautiful, staff is super kind, there is a relaxing music from the moment you step inside. Cherrice did a great job- she has a soft touch and made it less painful than extraction normally is. She also answered all my questions and explained every step. I’ll be back 🥰
