Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! I presented to Carrie-Anne with a Sweeney Todd, F'ed up, butchered hair cut provided by another business. She took the time to listen to me, gave me realistic advice, and reassured me. I left feeling like me again! With every snip I could feel her all was being put in, she wanted me to feel good, not just to quickly get it done. From the moment she opened the door to the time I left, I felt comfortable, there was no forced conversation, no awkward silence, just a natural flow. I'm blown away by her and the cut. Summer is amazing!! She did my hair extensions and they look fantastic!! I’ve had so many compliments. I can’t recommend her enough!

This girl NEVER fails to deliver, I’m the most picky person when it comes to anyone touching my hair, since finding Kacie at LOLO’s I will not go elsewhere. I’ve been all sorts of colours, cuts and just recently had my extensions fitted. Honestly feel amazing whenever I leave the salon, and the chat and gossip is just a bonus, feels like hanging out with one of the girls. Can’t thank or recommend her enough!
