I had a great experience with Umida! She was very professional, gentle, and paid attention to every detail. My nails came out beautiful, clean, and exactly how I wanted. She also did my eyebrow threading, and I’m very happy with the shape — neat, natural looking, and not too thin. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her services!

The service was great. Didn't get the nail design for my manicure i had asked for in the beginning. I had asked for a black French tip and showed a Pic. I walked out with nudes nails as the tech said there wasn't enough time to fix it when I realized she was about to top coat and no black polish for french was being added. Next time I'll double check to make sure they understood what I had asked for. For now I'll stick to forest hills.

I may have found my new place! It’s an intimate sitting being appointment only. You are warmly welcomed the moment you come inside. Gregory and the rest of the team were very nice. I got the same time mani and pedi and it definitely cut time, but did not change the quality.

I’ve been coming to Lily’s for three months now, they greet me on first name basics, which is very comforting because that just shows me that they truly care for their clients coming in & wanting to build a relationship. The staff is amazing, the environment is so neat & clean. I get the smart gel pedicure that lasts a long time, it’s truly the best. Taia is so sweet, her work is so neat & precise. I tell Taia what I want & how I like my pedicure & she executes it perfectly with class and grace. She’s a perfectionist! I will most definitely be a returning customer!!

I visited for a facial and eyebrow threading, and Vandana provided an excellent experience. She was warm, attentive, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the service. The facial was deeply relaxing and left my skin feeling soft, refreshed, and noticeably brighter. My eyebrows were also shaped beautifully. I had such an amazing experience with Evani for my hair highlights! She did an incredible job, and my hair looks absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, she was so attentive and detail-oriented.
