I booked in with Chandi for eyebrow threading, a Dermaforce Microneedling/Radio Frequency facial, and the new Korean Lash Lift. My brows always look lovely here and all the staff are so professional and caring. The Dermaforce facial wasn’t painful thanks to the numbing cream, and while my skin was red at first, it calmed within the hour with no swelling or bruising. The Korean Lash Lift was gentle, no strong smell, and gave a soft yet defined curl that suits my hooded eyes perfectly. Highly recommend Wink Spa!

It’s my go to place for threading, haircuts and styling. Jay is really good at haircuts and hair styling. Friendly, made me feel comfortable and my hair was styled beautifully. I received a number of compliments. All the staff here are very accommodating. They will accommodate last minute requests if possible.

Although the service is very good, the waiting time is ridiculous. I waited 25 mins to get my treatment. My appointment was 11.00 I arrived at 10.50 so I was early but didn't get seen till 11.26. this then made me late for my other appointment which was booked for 11.45 which I didn't get to untill 12.05. very stressful. I never give bad feedback but I feel this is unacceptable. Sorry

The Service was very relaxing because the hairdresser does an excellent Shampoo finished of with a lovely head massage included. My blow dry was finished very well as I have Afro hair most salons say they cannot do my hair. My hair had a nice smooth finished outcome.

Farrah is super professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She explained every part of the skin booster and polynucliatide treatments and asked me lots of questions beforehand to understand the results I was looking for. Would highly recommend!

Laxmi was amazing. First time with waxing it was bearable pain and dermalogica facial was amazing, my face feels soft and clean.
