I had a wonderful experience at the shinytouch _aesthetic. Paola is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. She explains every step of the journey clearly, so you always know what to expect and feel confident in the treatment. What I really appreciated was how much she empathizes with your needs and takes the time to understand what you want. The clinic itself is beautiful, calm, and very relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional specialist.

Had my lips done again with Paola and all I can say is that she is amazing at her job! I felt very comfortable during my appointment, got the results I wanted and the next day post lip filler, there is very very little to no bruising present! No pain, no discomfort, no bruising. Thank you!

I went for Hollywood sugaring , I usually wax but thought I’d give sugaring a go. The staff were friendly, the salon was clean and I got a smooth finish . The price was good too. I would go again.

Wonderful service! I was nervous going in as I had never had sugaring done before. Sophie is great at making you feel comfortable and knows how to keep you distracted so you don't feel too much of the pain while sugaring. She is very gentle and it definitely hurts less than getting a wax.

I had my very first Hollywood sugaring wax with Sophie and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming and professional. I was a bit unsure and nervous going in, but Sophie made me feel completely at ease right away. Her space was super clean, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly really comfortable. She has a great way of creating natural conversation, which really helped take my mind off things. Honestly, she did a phenomenal job and I’m so glad I chose her. Highly recommend! 10/10

I was new to sugaring though had waxed before but now won't go back to waxing! This is less painful and Sophie is quick, efficient and friendly. The salon room itself is lovely - right in the centre of town, in Flying Horse Walk but still private and relaxed. I am now a regular client and absolutely would recommend Sophie and her service.
