I had such a lovely experience with Sukhi today! She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her professionalism really stood out. She was gentle, thorough, and clearly very experienced at what she does. The whole process was smooth and much less painful than I expected, which is a huge credit to her skill. On top of that, she was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to — it honestly made the appointment feel relaxing. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back to her again.

A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!
