Holly was amazing at relieving pain in my shoulders and upper arms. She was so polite, welcoming and made me feel at ease. This was the best massage ever. In fact it was more medical. I have the worst sciatica and have had for 3 years and literally all my sore points were massaged and worked out. I feel so much better for this treatment and I'll be back in a month.

I must go at least every two months. The past two times I have had a different lady and I was a little nervous that after two years of visits someone has to re-learn my injuries and how to treat them. Honestly, she is just as amazing. A fantastic service from Kathryn who listened and understood my current sports injury and tailored a massage accordingly. My legs feel lighter and I’ll look forward to my next visit.

I have been visiting Essence massage for approx 6 years now - mainly for preventative treatment but having had a 30 year lower back problem, it is always a great place to go when my back goes. Kathryn is very highly trained in sports massage and is always very welcoming and puts you at your ease. Lovely surroundings too in her shepherds hut - warm and comfortable. 5 star recommendation.
