Lovely experience today getting HD brows, salon is lovely and clean, welcoming staff! I love how my eyebrows look, a lot of time and care went into getting them how they are so thank you!! Will definitely recommend to others xx

Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. I’m conflicted about leaving this review ….because my massage with Tanya was so amazing. I almost want to keep knowledge of her skills to myself at the risk of her becoming so busy that I can’t then get an appointment! I had to put the most amazing Hawaiian lomi lomi massage , which is hardly offered anywhere and is the only massage that manages to turn my brain off it’s deeply relaxing and you leave feeling fully refreshed and calm . I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)

Louise Yarker is so gifted at what she does. Over the years I have been gifted massages as a treat. After receiving one from Balm I met Louise. I now see her every couple of months as part of my wellness. It would be more if I could. Balm is convenient and very comfortable as a location .

I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process. Monika is professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She paid great attention to detail, carefully shaping my brows to suit my face, and the final result looks natural and beautiful. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected. I would highly recommend Monika to anyone considering permanent brows!
