Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

Julia went above and beyond for me, we had an extensive phone call before hand about my various health issues, she was very welcoming and warming from the get go, even gave me a tissue with eucalyptus to breathe in for my cold which I then purchased two bottles of on the way out! Emma gave me an extremely pleasant prenatal massage that helped my whole body relax. The whole session was wonderfully relaxing and deeply releasing. Louise Yarker is so gifted at what she does. Over the years I have been gifted massages as a treat. After receiving one from Balm I met Louise. I now see her every couple of months as part of my wellness. It would be more if I could. Balm is convenient and very comfortable as a location .
