My first ever wax and I decided to jump in at the deep end with the half leg and Hollywood. Charlee made me feel so at ease, she did such a great job and made sure I was always as comfortable as possible. The results were fantastic and I can say for certain that I won't be going back to shaving! I have already booked my second appointment!

My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

Went to Mirren for the first time today and was so impressed! I arrived early by mistake and she kindly moved my booking forward by half an hour. The wax itself was super quick, efficient, and done incredibly well. I have very fair leg hair and usually find patches missed with other therapists, but Mirren got everything; not a single strip left behind. Highly recommend!
