As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. Love love my hair every time I walk out the salon.

This was my first appointment at this salon. Kylie was friendly and immediately put me at ease. Before and after cutting my hair we discussed next steps and had a full consultation to discuss how best to colour my hair at my next appointment. I’ve just had my second Illumifacial and I can already see an improvement in my skin. My first session resulted in a dark sunspot disappearing and a noticeable improvement in my drooping around my lower face. My husband actually commented on it! I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I’ve had an eyelash lift from the lovely Phoebe during a masterclass and a derma-plane and eyebrow wax, and due to regular facials my skins is super clear and glowing.
