Beth did a great job of my LVL Lash lift and Brow Lamination. I have quite fine and sparse lashes and have always struggled to get them to look good but Beth made them look super lifted whilst still being natural! They look great Thank you

Perfection every time! Kate does my classic lashes regularly and is very thorough, the results are exactly how I want them, the salon has got a nice vibe to it, and she gives great advice along the way. Absolutely recommend!

The full experience was so impressive with Ava. She immediately put me at ease, explained the potential procedures very clearly, and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very friendly, and excellent service. Nails, lashes,makeup, massage. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. Paige was absolutely brilliant today (as always). Not only did I need extra help with a whole set of nails instead of just refill, I then asked for extra nails art. This meant extra time. I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

5* as always! After a really stressful few weeks, I was looking forward to my appointment for some ‘me’ time. Laura just lets me sit and rant, whilst working her magic on my nails! I left feeling much more ready for Christmas, with beautiful nails, and a smile on my face. Thank you Laura, make sure you have a rest this Christmas as you work so hard and give 110% to every set of nails you do. Sorry that you became my therapist as well, but thank you for your support and understanding too! My nails are the ‘best bit’ of my body and make every outfit shine even brighter.

Mel is totally here for us anxious lot. I've been wanting to get my brows & lashes done for years, but going somewhere where I feel welcomed, with parking, reasonably priced etc, my anxieties went crazy so I always put it off. Then Mel popped up and was exactly what I was looking for. I explained to her I had a streak on my face so my right eyelashes and eyebrow are white. At the patch test she had a good look at my lashes and brows and went through all the forms she needed to and was confident she could cover the streak. She wasn't wrong! Fabulous! X
