Isobel gives first class treatment while making you feel SO at ease. Im on my 4th session of laser (Hollywood and underarm) and have noticed visible results from the first session. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. You're incredible x

Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! I always come away feeling like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders….and with amazing nails! Laura and I joke that she’s also my therapist as well as my nail tech, but there’s some truth in this. Laura listens without judgement, works her magic every time on my nails, and we have a good laugh at the same time! Having your nails done is great for your nails but amazing for your soul…a bit of YOU time and also cheap therapy! Haha! This time my nails matched my coat (chosen due to going away to a cold country for a trip!) but they also matched most of my outfits I’d packed too!

As always, made to feel relaxed and welcome at the salon. Laura listened to my ideas and then used her knowledge and style to give me a beautiful set of nails. Changing to BIAB from acrylic was the best decision she made for me, and my nails are now strong and long and I love them! Nails like these make you feel wonderful, even in your dressing gown! Thanks Laura!

Absolutely loved my holiday nails!!! They were exactly what I wanted. I had BIAB extensions, they have lasted all holiday with no lifting. I will definitely come back for my next set of holiday nails xx

Somy was so friendly and welcoming for my first appointment with my mum. I have usually had acrylic in the past (at a different salon) but today we tried Biab! ! went in with a few designs in mind; then Laura put her own twist and skills and ideas together… I came out with nails better than I requested! I constantly get compliments on my nails from friends and strangers….as her work is simply beautiful! Never feel rushed or an inconvenience to her, and she likes to make sure you’re happy! The salon has just had a revamp, which gives a clean clinical feel, yet it’s warm and welcoming too. I feel like Laura enjoys her job, wants to be there, loves a challenge, and cares greatly about her clients. Would never go anywhere else now I’ve found Prept!
