I've been having lymph massages by Nat for a year now. The massage is excellent and you leave feeling so much lighter. If you follow the drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and caffine advice, then over the next couple of days the results continue to improve. Nat is friendly and welcoming, highly recommend her!

Amazing treatment by Nat. Beautiful studio setting, Nat makes you feel relaxed straight away. This is my first lymphatic drainage massage treatment and I have rebooked with Nat as I am so happy by the difference this first treatment has already made. My body has clearly been holding onto fluid for so long, particularly in my lower legs and now I see a way to address this through further treatments and the kind advice Nat has provided on some actions to take on a day basis.
