Yesterday I had my lips done with Charlie for the first time. It has been a while since I have had any lip filler and this was the most pain free I have experienced with anyone. Sarah was INCREDIBLE!! Talked me through everything, showed me everything on the box of filler i had never seen with previous work from other practitioners that messed up my lips, looked at my lips and spoke to me about what she’s going to do regarding my previous work that i hasn't happy with & has completely fixed and transformed my lips! Absolutely love the new premises. As always having a treatment is a lovely relaxing experience. My skin is eternally grateful for Johanna’s knowledge and expertise in what she does and advice for post treatment care. Also when asking about other treatments the advice is given with no ‘hard sell.’ Johanna is 100% knowledgeable in her field. And the fact that she was a spinal nurse practitioner instills utter confidence in her abilities. Couldn’t ask for more from an aesthetics practitioner.

Rachel is just fantastic! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! I went for my usual three areas of Botox and added 0.5ml lip filler today and she understood exactly what I wanted and needed.
