A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. Spent a fantastic 90 mins tonight with a 45 min Reiki session and then followed by a 45 min back massage with Natalie. I’ve always been sceptical about Reiki but I can honestly say it was a really good experience. The back massage was absolutely fantastic as it was previously. Thank you Natalie for being so understanding of my situation and being so professional. I would definitely recommend 100%

Natalie is a very cheerful and polite young lady. She explained everything she was going to do. My back massage was very strong ( at my request) but also very relaxing. She asked me if I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. When she did the neck & shoulder part, she asked if I was comfortable with where she needed to touch me and if I was ok with oil in my hair. Very professional throughout. Ann

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial.
