The best sports massage I’ve ever had. My legs were very stiff and achy from running. Nikki knew exactly where the problem areas were and really worked them. I felt like I’d got a new pair of legs afterwards 😁

Nikki has prepared well to enable her to reopen in the current climate and I felt confident and comfortable in the clinic setting as a result of the measures she has put in place. Transformative massage, my back and neck feel so much better. Looked at my polar app after and it showed my usual high resting heart rate go right down during the massage. Niki also showed me how to massage my neck to help with migraines.

I’ve been having regular sports massage with Nikki very recently and I have noticed the benefits of her treatment in not only day to day life but also my training. Nikki always knows what to do and how to help my body feel refreshed and ready to go! A fantastic and worthwhile treatment! Great aftercare too to keep on top of her good work!

After being on the waiting list for carpal tunnel surgery since 2019, I visited Ribble Therapy to see if I could get some relief from the pain, as even strong pain medication was not helping. After having my (long) medical history taken and discussing the issues that my CTS was causing, from the pain and numbness, it was agreed that an intensive sports massage may help. Nikki got to work, making sure I knew what to expect after the treatment and after 5 days I had a huge improvement in my dexterity. I now have feeling in my arm again for the first time in 4 years. I’m extremely grateful.
