Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

Farah was very open and friendly putting me at ease right away, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly which meant I was able to learn so much about my body. The massage was amazing, with Farah checking that the pressure was right throughout and she has sent exercises for me to do to fix some of the slight issues she found. Thank you so much, the whole experience was excellent and I’ll definitely be back.

Another great sports massage! Farah is very knowledgeable and I followed her advice re exercises to do in between sessions which have really helped! The massages are really good and are definitely helping with my injury! Already booked in for another session!
