Steve is a fantastic masseuse. I have been visiting regularly for injury rehab and general maintenance over the last couple of years and he always fixes my strains and muscle tensions. He is extremely professional, friendly and understanding and provides care over and above what's expected.

I had the most incredible experience at Holistic Therapies by Camille today! I went in for a full-body massage and I can honestly say everything was absolutely perfect. The massage was incredibly relaxing—every detail was thoughtfully executed, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The ambiance was calming, Camille as usual was professional and welcoming.

I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
