Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dewi is a great man.I have used him for a number of years and his work is brilliant.when Dewi was not available I used different people.I was so disappointed by them there work was no where near the standard Dewi has set.Highly recommend.

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

I was aching all over after two weeks of sightseeing and many miles of walking every day. My feet, legs, back and shoulders were exhausted from overuse. The massage I received was excellent - thorough and professional. I slept like deeply that night and nothing hurt! I only wish I lived in Cardiff so I could go back!

We booked Deep Tissue Duo Couple Massage for 1.5 hrs and had a great massage. We were in Cardiff for few days and were tired the previous day touring Tenby and Swansea, So decided to book the massage services online, both the masseuse were experienced and they used different techniques which we haven't experience anywhere in the UK. Thanks again, must visit and worth every penny.

We had a brilliant time at The Wellness Lounge. Filip was brilliant at guiding us through all the gadgets and we left feeling completely rejuvenated. Thank you!

I have tried 3 other massage places in Cardiff and this is by far the very best! I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks for 2 x 2 hour massages. I had a hot stone massage with Jess the first time and today a deep tissue massage with Jane - they are both so lovely and amazing at their job! Jane is so strong, the pressure of the massage was just perfect (quite often people aren’t strong enough To do deep tissue) - fantastic and will definitely be back! Thank you - April xx
