Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

Charlotte was amazing. I've been fighting doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists for over a year now to help me with my back pain. I've always felt like they just want me gone as quickly as possible. Charlotte actually listened to me which was like a breath of fresh air. She given me exercises and some possible reason for my pain. Which is more than anyone else has given to me to this point. I'm very grateful and hope this is the beginning of the end of my pain.

I had a really good massage from Jamie, he is very knowledgeable and attentive. As a fellow sports masseuse I would definitely recommend him!

Jamie took time to understand my issues and knew where to target for the massage. He talked me through what he was doing and kept checking I was comfortable. Felt great immediately afterwards. Will be having more sessions regularly to keep the issues at bay.
