I've been having monthly treatments with Sarah for nearly 3 years and feel the benefit from these sessions every time, whether it's for a targeted treatment / specific issue, or a deliciously relaxing high quality massage with hot stones! Very good as always

Just had a 30 min treatment which really helped my back pain. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend Alice for any muscular pain / issues.

I very much enjoyed my first PT session with Sarah yesterday and look forward to the next one!

It was a gift that lead me to Sarah. I was a little apprehensive as I have a frozen shoulder and some other issues surrounding my shoulder/neck area. However, Sarah listened to my concerns and concentrated on these areas to help release stiffness and provided me with some exercises to continue on my journey to recovery. I will certainly return for not only physio but relaxation sessions.
