The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. Had lash line semi permanent makeup today. After being nervous, I can only say there was nothing to be concerned about. Liza puts you at ease and is very competent. She’s also a perfectionist, which is important with this type of work. I love my new eyes.
