Great follow up service

Sarah is always Professional , explains the Procedure and after care of the Treatment Sarah is calm reassuring and friendly

As always Charlene was friendly and professional in the relaxing surroundings of Charisma Salon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my treatments. Charisma has now been open for 17 years with a loyal customer base, so Charlene must be doing something right!

Liza is amazing at what she does and you won't leave the salon until both you and she is satisfied and happy. Would recommend to anyone.

1st time visit to Sarah. Very happy with the service & the knowledge Sarah had about the products she was using. Will definitely be using again.

Emma is just consistently wonderful! Love the magic you've worked on the salon too! It's just an altogether fantastic, professional yet homely place to go and be pampered (or have your hair ripped out- she even makes that almost relaxing!). Thank you Emma :)
