Valeriia is an amazing nail tech. I’ve been to all the salons you could think of in Hamilton and her precision and attention to detail is unmatched. I always leave with the most beautiful, flawless hands and toes! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend. 20/10.

Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Flourish is a spotless, spacious, calming and friendly space with a staff that is passionate about Health & Wellness for their clients. I’ve been coming to Flourish for a number of years and have enjoyed facials, pedicures and manicures. I highly recommend Flourish Skin Studio!

I have to say this was a great experience, when I walked in I was given a piece of cake and a rose, I only got a pedicure with polish, but the girl who did my service was very sweet and gentle when placing my feet down after the moisturizer, I don’t go to the salon very often but this makes me want to go every week

I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure (as this was right next to my hair stylist’s salon). I was not disappointed! The salon was very well appointed, inviting and clean. I was very happy with both the service provided by the esthetician who provided me with the shellac pedicure and the competitive price point of this service. I will definitely be coming back!

I always walk out feeling my best thanks to these ladies! This time I did my brows, lashes, and feet all at once. Diana is meticulous and expertly makes my brows and lashes look their best every time. This was my first pedicure at the studio and Olya gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life - nails prepped and polished to perfection, my skin has never felt more smooth. Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.
