Great experience! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I've been here for facial treatments and decided to try a pedicure. Danika was super nice and did an amazing job on my pedicure, it was so relaxing :) Highly recommend this place!

It was my first time here. The space was bright, full of people but the service was exceptionally individual. I got to choose from a large array of scents for the bath bomb for my pedicure. Hannah was great at explaining and ensuring everything felt nice and comfortable. She was very friendly and supportive when I was trying to decide what to do with my nails and no idea was 'too much'. She was kind, patient and efficient as she worked on my bio gels, that I absolutely loved. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly and I would definitely go back again!!

Enjoyed a day of pampering starting with lashes by the queen. Janita; my lashes have never looked this good and been so healthy!! Moved on to my nails, gel fill and gorgeous fall colour, cherry mocha 🍒🍫, Hannah always fabulous and amazing shaping, incredible artist (design queen) and fun chatting too. Lastly, pedicure with gel polish with the fantastic Sandy..the best pedicure, Sandy never takes short cuts, always so kind, truly sweet, Sandy’s smile lights up the room, she truly is incredible and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. You don’t know what you’re missing, come to Lux ♥️💅🥰

I came in as a last minute appointment and was wearing a short dress. Not the best planned attire for a pedicure. I had Anna as my nail tech and she was sweet enough to offer me a towel to place over my legs so it wasn’t so awkward. This was a really thoughtful touch in my mind. The pedicure was great and relaxing. Everyone in the store was very friendly. As a first time customer, I will be back. ♥️🙏🏼

I’m usually super picky with my pedicure since i had bad experiences before, but lux never disappoints me!! I always leave satisfied. Julie did amazing on my toes! she was super gentle, nice, and sweet. thank you! will definitely come back! :) <3

The girl doing me very nice very quiet but good and listen to my concerns and I believe did all the steps of a manicure and pedicure. Near end and at end was more talkative and showed us stuff gave us knowledge very nice girl. As for my daughter's girl seemed to maybe have skipped some things through the manicure and pedicure the nail polish was sloppy. She was quiet as well. At the end opened up abit and followed my girl in showing us stuff and giving knowledge. We still gave both girls a tip each. Oh the only other thing is they didn't introduce themselves so don't know them by name.

Krista and Katrina are exceptional and my experience from start to finish was 5/5. I had a manicure, pedicure and facial, and to say I felt relaxed and pampered the entire time would be an understatement. Krista has created a beautiful space that feels like home and where you are treated like family as soon as you arrive. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
