I thought the spa facilities were good though the jets in the pool and the steam room timings would benefit from increasing. There are few working locks in the mens changing room. I thought some robes were a little too second hand. The food was excellent.

Beautiful day, good facilities , lovely staff but I think another outside or bigger tub is required as people waiting all the time for it so you feel pressured to get out.

A lovely experience at Beautique in Ryde friendly staff and very welcoming

Clare was lovely. Took her time and ensured I was happy with the eyebrow tint colour and adjusted as required. Really happy and have rebooked.

Thank you so much for my beautiful nails. I chose a blue/green/silver colour and it's perfect. It's taken me 68 years to grow a full set and I'm thrilled. The pineapple smelling cuticle oil was the cherry on the cake.

Had a lovely day x back and neck massage was very good and relaxing ! My daughter had nails and file but allergy to hema and lady didn’t know what was in nail polish just offered to show bottle but no ingredient on bottle and was untidy nail polish finish so disappointed! Spa was amazing and pool ,saunas especially lavender and eucalyptus saunas fantastic and hot tubs clean and amazing and changing rooms were spotless x lovely sun beds outside to chill on x felt lunch was not explained well as we had gift vouchers for food and spa but what we chose was delicious! Would recommend!!!

Lovely massage, facilities all good as usual. I think another thermal pool or something in the outside space would be amazing. Nice little bar outside now but far too expensive- £17 for 2 drinks

Lovely massage. Disappointed that children were allowed in the pool. The noise was deafening making it not such a relaxing spa. Luckily the outdoor jacuzzi was free so escaped out there. I understand it was easter holidays. No plastic bags for our wet costumes either.

We had a very relaxing time in the pool area then amazing massages from Samantha and the other lady who attended to my sister, they were friendly and professional 5* Then a beautiful afternoon tea , will definitely be visiting again and will recommend the whole experience All your staff were so welcoming and lovely. Me and my Daughter visited the spa and had a back neck and shoulder massage. The spa wasn't as clean as normal and required some updates.
