Claire was a loverly lady and made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job prepapri g me for my holiday with nails and eyebrows and lashes and disguised well a broken toe nail and gave me a lovely pedicure. Fabulous and thanks

Had a lovely day x back and neck massage was very good and relaxing ! My daughter had nails and file but allergy to hema and lady didn’t know what was in nail polish just offered to show bottle but no ingredient on bottle and was untidy nail polish finish so disappointed! Spa was amazing and pool ,saunas especially lavender and eucalyptus saunas fantastic and hot tubs clean and amazing and changing rooms were spotless x lovely sun beds outside to chill on x felt lunch was not explained well as we had gift vouchers for food and spa but what we chose was delicious! Would recommend!!!

I had my wedding there and with Jess help it was Everything I asked for. The suite was comfortable. I gave 4 stars because my appointment for manicure before my wedding was not explained that nail extensions wernt offered and that's what I specifically booked for. To look good for my wedding I had to go into the town to get it done after paying for a manicure at the hotel. The spa as unusual was great.

The pools and Spa facilities were lovely. However the changing area is a little tired and some of the lockers didn’t work properly. The afternoon tea was tasty and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great as usual. I wouldn't go anywhere else for nails and lashes. The girls are so professional and friendly and the receptionist is so helpful and friendly.

My daughter had a beautiful day for her 18th , the brasserie we amazing and our waiter a delightful gent making Ailsa's treat so special, even with a gift , Happy Birthday hand iced from the Chef presented on a slate with a delicious chocolate decorated tiffinn
