I recently moved to Royston and was looking for a new place to go for a facial. I booked the Dermalogica Pro 60 with Agnes and she was absolutely incredible. The facial was amazing and so relaxing. I would highly recommend and would 100% be going again!

Jade is lovely and does a brilliant pedicure and massage - I’ve had at least 4 with her! When I didn’t like the colour once she quickly made a change without any fuss, and she’s always kind and happy to chat or not chat, depending on what you want!

My appointment was easy to book, and I got confirmation immediately. The staff were professional and welcoming when I arrived. I booked a 30 minute hot stone massage followed by a manicure. I thought that I had booked a manicure with gel polish, but when it started I realised that I hadn't (completely my own mistake!) My therapist was completely understanding and quickly changed the manicure so that I would have the gel polish I wanted. The manicure and the massage were exactly what I needed on a Saturday morning! I would completely recommend Harmony Day Spa!

As usual Amber was brilliant and I’m very happy with my nails. The only thing that lets her down is the quality of the nail polish available. It seems every time I go, the colour I choose is an old bottle, or a brand that doesn’t work very well, so after a few coats we have to start again with a different colour. It would be great if the manager can review all gel nail polish bottles and ensure the colours offered are actually available. It must be just as frustrating for the technicians as it is for the customers. Can’t fault the service or finish. I will definitely be back again.

The lady we had today pierce my daughter’s ears was brilliant. Let my picky daughter take her time picking a colour she wanted and put her at ease. Explained after care to her. I don’t know her name but she was fantastic. Thank you.

After having lost my brows due to chemotherapy, I was recommended Serenity Beauty by two friends who have had their brows done there. During the initial consultation, I showed a photo of what my brows used to look like, we talked through what I would to like have done from shape to colour. Now that I’ve had them done, it totally exceeded my expectations and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome.
