I had the most relaxing facial with Katia today. I came out feeling so refreshed and content, the products used were all home made and natural and felt incredible on my skin. I will definitely be booking back in and would love to try even more treatments.

Thank you Yentyl, what a luxurious facial the Medik8 Platinum truly is. I felt totally safe and secure as Yentyl applied, massaged, she is definitely a master of her craft. Like many people, I look forward to having some “me” time and Tracey’s wash and blow dry on a Friday morning is that little oasis of calm in my life! The salon is warm and friendly, all the girls are polite and thoughtful and they work as a family rather than a Team - but without the trauma that family relationships can cause!! Hot drinks and a chat - if you want one - and let’s face it sometimes we don’t - and after 25 mins I leave glowing with the knowledge that whatever life throws at me this weekend - I LOOK GORGEOUS!! Thanks Tracey and all the Team at Level for restoring my mojo!! Xx

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! It was an Experience! There were elements i did not expect, but they all played part in the whole- grounding in the beginning to remind you to relax, gentle, careful body alignment starting with neck and shoulders, muscles connecting them were streched, it contained lymphatic massage and of the face muscles, it was very relaxing, heavenly, skin looked very fresh as a byproduct. The mouth part really useful, it works inside out. Thank you, Katia!

Amazing!!! Had the most relaxing headspa and facial with Katia. Honestly, one of the best treatments I've ever had - and i get alot! Her engery and vibes added to the calming relaxing experience. Clean, comfortable, perfect pressure, easy parking - everything was 10/10. Definitely gained a new client in me everytime I have a hair extension break!

I can’t recommend Sophie enough! She’s so reliable and always responds quickly, going above and beyond to fit you in. My Russian lashes have never looked this amazing – the attention to detail is amazing, they last beautifully for 3 weeks, with no irritation at all. I also had a spray tan which looked flawless and lasted over a week, and my eyebrow wax and tint were perfect – such a lovely shape and shade. Sophie is amazing at what she does!

My treatment was wonderful. Very relaxing. Very different to anything I've had before. The face and neck massage were a really enjoyable part as well. Would happily recommend to others. Katia is very welcoming as well.

This was my first Japanese Head Spa and will not be my last. Katia is so lovely and welcomed me to her home. The aromas were amazing and I could have sat taking them in without the treatment! I had no preconceived ideas so went in with an open mind. I then experienced the most sensory experience for the next hour that made me relax into a different realm. Katia’s techniques were so heavenly and the products she used made my hair, scalp, face and shoulders feel revived beyond measure. I would recommend this experience to everyone so you can feel the tensions of life slip away.

Fantastic experience. Indian head massage, and accompanying neck and shoulder massage was exactly what I needed. In fact I think it need it every week ! Perfect pressure, lovely mix of relaxation and much needed muscle release. Will be booking again now ! Thank you Katia.
