Claire was a loverly lady and made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job prepapri g me for my holiday with nails and eyebrows and lashes and disguised well a broken toe nail and gave me a lovely pedicure. Fabulous and thanks

I thought the spa facilities were good though the jets in the pool and the steam room timings would benefit from increasing. There are few working locks in the mens changing room. I thought some robes were a little too second hand. The food was excellent.

Beautiful day, good facilities , lovely staff but I think another outside or bigger tub is required as people waiting all the time for it so you feel pressured to get out.

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! Thanks Level staff and especially CiCi 💯🌟

Always a wonderful treat to visit this spa. The staff are very friendly, the pedicure and full body massage were excellent. A fabulous treat for myself and my husband. We look forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely overnight stay and enjoyed the use of the spa which was lovely and quiet . The receptionists at both stations was nice and polite and nothing was to much trouble. I had a lovely pedicure with Katie who was very friendly and made me feel relaxed . Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

My treatments with Lou are something I really look forward to. Today it was a luxury pedicure and I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. She is an amazing young woman who has the ability to make you always feel special. The salon is run very professionally and all the staff are kind and courteous. Great pedicure by Yentl - just a little uncomfortable having to keep my knees raised to keep my feet flat on the bed while semi reclined. Will ask for a lot more pillows under my knees next time! Thanks for a great job Yentl.
