Claire was a loverly lady and made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job prepapri g me for my holiday with nails and eyebrows and lashes and disguised well a broken toe nail and gave me a lovely pedicure. Fabulous and thanks

The massage was lovely, but felt like I was cut short of time. My appointment was 10am, I got called in at 10:04, when she took me to the room and told me to get undressed into just my underwear I explained I only had a rope and swimsuit on so won’t take me long. She then came back into the 5 minutes later so treatment started at 10:09. She then finished the massage at 10:52 which was 3 minutes earlier than it should have been, so feel like I’ve lost nearly 15 minutes of treatment. Like I said the message was lovely and very relaxing but felt like I did miss out a little with the time.

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! Thanks Level staff and especially CiCi 💯🌟

Always a wonderful treat to visit this spa. The staff are very friendly, the pedicure and full body massage were excellent. A fabulous treat for myself and my husband. We look forward to our next visit.

It was my first time at Boutique and it will not be my last time I had a deluxe body and facial and it was 100% good I went I. With a few aches and pains came out with none the lady who did it was very kind friendly and made me feel very comfortable .

We had a lovely overnight stay and enjoyed the use of the spa which was lovely and quiet . The receptionists at both stations was nice and polite and nothing was to much trouble. I had a lovely pedicure with Katie who was very friendly and made me feel relaxed . Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

I booked the gel pedicure and it was absolute bliss ! Trying a manicure and Indian head massage next month.

A really relaxing but thorough pedicure. Felt pampering. End result lovely too .
