So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

A returning client having my first micro needling facial. Lucy is incredibly welcoming putting you at ease as soon as you arrive, talking you through your treatment, answering any questions, nothing was too much trouble. The treatment room is a warm, cosy and relaxing space. Would definitely recommend The Glow Room.

What’s not to love!? Lovely Lauren, conversation and treatment - yes I did just say that about micro needling 🤣 looking forward to the next one!

I contacted Lauren again recently to ask for the best treatment for skin discolouration and blemishes. I have previously been to Lauren for treatments and products for my eczema prone skin. Lauren suggested I started with a chemical peel and micro needling. As usual she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lauren regularly checked that I was happy with the pressure applied throughout the process. I had both treatments on Thursday and my skin is visually looking a lot more fresh, taught and clear. I’m very pleased with the results and have booked in for a dermaplane for next month.

I tried microneedling for the first time and can not wait for the results of this course of treatments!
