Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better. I would never have the confidence to be seen without a full face of makeup a few years ago, but my skin is so much clearer and brighter now.
