Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Considering I was suffering with a migraine for 3 days, Lilly’s indian head massage was sooooo needed. Felt like I was floating on air after! Will definitely book in another ASAP!!

So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.
