Just had a illumismooth facial of the lovely Lara. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but Lara re-assured me and checked in on me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable on the treatment, recovery and aftercare. Can’t wait to see the final results. Can’t recommend Lara and HA laser enough. Amazing family run business.

My second visit to The glow room today, and had the most beautiful facial, massage & oracle card reading. It really is one of the only times my brain doesn’t wonder onto other things, there is no better feeling. The room is in such a calming setting & I just adore all the incense & sprays Lucy uses to cleanse myself & the room! 100% recommend & I will be rebooking soon🤍 x

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Had a lovely facial on my lunch break today! As always Lucy was so lovely, warm and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend The glow room enough! My go too for feeling fresh and relaxed <3

I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.

What a pleasure! I cannot thank Lauren enough for an amazing facial in every way. I had a high frequency treatment with added vacuum suction and a jelly mask. It was an absolute TREAT. I was spoken through everything, Laurens skin knowledge was in abundance and I felt so naturally comfortable from the get go. Whether you’re looking to relax or you’re looking to target a particular skin care issue, this lady has got you. Truly appreciate having myself pampered and by someone so brilliant at what she does, her heart is really at the centre of it. Thank you again and I cannot wait for next time!

So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

I’ve had the Illumi Facial at HA Laser to target pigmentation and sun spots, the results have been amazing. From my first consultation I felt completely at ease, everything was explained clearly and professionally, and the treatment was tailored specifically to my skin concerns. My complexion looks brighter, more even, and the pigmentation has visibly faded far more than I expected. The clinic is calm, immaculate, and welcoming. HA Laser truly knows their stuff when it comes to skin treatments, and lasers. I highly recommend - 5* service all round!

I started my laser hair removal journey a little over a year ago. As someone who suffers with PCOS, my facial hair was affecting my mental health. I was so paranoid people were looking at it when talking to me. A year on I feel like a new person. This has honestly changed my life (aware that sounds shallow and dramatic) but i could not be happier with the results. Everyone at HA laser was so professional and kind.
