Mel is one of the nicest, kindest person you will meet and at times have gone out of her way to accommodate or reschedule my appointment at short notice. I had a massage with Laura and it was amazing . My shoulders , neck and top of my arms were very uncomfortable and sore from the gym . Laura was very intuitive and knew exactly where to go to ease the discomfort. She is very lovely and I would 100 per cent recommend Laura , she really does have magic healing hands . I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.
