The most relaxing space and experience. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so relaxing. Frothy coffee and gorgeous treatments. Adele’s attention to detail is stunning. A real treat from start to finish.

Cove Holistics is a tranquil, relaxing and beautiful place to be spoilt for an hour or so every few weeks. Adele has created the perfect little haven where even the most routine of treatments feels like a luxury spa break. As soon as I stepped through the door I felt home. Adele is warm and kind and always makes me feel at ease. She is a master at what she does and uses the best quality products. She also makes a fab cup of tea!
