Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. Transformative massage, my back and neck feel so much better. Looked at my polar app after and it showed my usual high resting heart rate go right down during the massage. Niki also showed me how to massage my neck to help with migraines.
