Love my nails, the shape and colour ( my favourite) too. Anita is so skilled and seems to know exactly what I'm wanting too. She makes it look easy but it's not, I know, concentrating on what she's doing, attentive, quietly but efficiently. Thank you very much, gave me such a boost.

My friend and I had a pedicure and I also had a manicure, it was totally amazing! The care and attention we received was incredible, all the staff were lovely, we felt quite at home . We will definitely be back and highly recommended Crows Nest, it’s by far the best I’ve ever had! Thank you x

This is my 2nd trip to see Kelly. I’m having BIAB nails. Kelly takes her time and ensures colour and shape are all ok. The salon is really friendly and it’s the first place that you are made to feel welcome and enjoy a pamper. Great prices and a fab little salon.

Had a medi - pedicure with therapist Nikky, and was fantastic and felt like walking on air for days! the nail polish still looks good nearly 2 weeks later! also had eyebrow shape and lash tint with Mia and very happy with the result. Would recommend both treatments Thank you very much, Amy ;-)

I have been coming to Bex for the last 5 years, and there is a good reason i have been going back for so many years. I don’t know a nail tech that doubles as a therapist alongside giving me the best nails I have EVER laid my eyes on. I don’t think i could ever consider going to anybody else for my nails as Bex as she always knows what I would want, and executes the designs flawlessly. It’s always a pleasure to see Chrissie and enjoy a chat while having my nails done. I’m consistently delighted with the results – the quality and attention to detail are fantastic every single time. Whether I go for a classic French manicure or spend far too long choosing from the wide range of colours, she never disappoints. Her nail art skills are absolutely brilliant too :-)

Lynds is just the definition of an angel. She takes care of not only my nails but myself too. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for & takes every small detail into consideration. After moving to Bournemouth I was worried about finding a new nail tech but oh my word it was so easy to get on with Lynds. Before my appointment the other day, I’d had a really rough few days and she listened to everything I had to say & I left the salon feeling much happier after having someone just sit and validate my feelings. She is just a gem & I cannot wait to get my nails done by her every month.

I had the most amazing afternoon with Kelly today. She is so friendly, professional and easy to talk to, and does such a great job with all the treatments. Today I had the 20/20/20 package so went with facial, massage and toe nail file and polish, then added on an express manicure with gel polish and french tip, and finally a bikini wax. Kelly made sure I was comfortable and happy with all treatments, nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend Brilliance beauty Salon... the whole team are really friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you step inside.

I've been coming to Rebecca now for almost a year and I'll continue forever more. I first came when someone recommended her and looked through her IG page. I was undergoing chemotherapy at the time so needed to be teat cautious. I explained this to her and the care and precision she took with me was second to none. Ensuring everything was highly sterilised and meticulous with her cuticle work on me. My nails have never lasted as long as they have with Rebecca. I can't even bite them off if I tried (I used to be a picker) 😅 She's patient and the most talented nail artist out there. 197172/10
