I had a great experience with Lily -- she was very friendly and did an excellent job of my gel manicure. I also liked the salon -- very clean, and I much preferred the open format (my usual salon only has individual rooms, not a nail bar). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for beauty treatments in the Bournemouth area.

I had a massage with a Superb therapist chap, Hoffman. He is very knowledgeable and intuitive, polite and professional. I've been having massages regularly for many years and am very impressed, I think this young man will go a long way. I found the other young man who was manning the spa reception really friendly and helpful.

Can’t fault the service. Owner of the salon is a lovely lady who made us feel very much at home straight away. The colour and coverage of the gel nail manicure was perfect - really happy customers! Thank you!
