The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Vicky is both friendly and professional, giving a lovely manicure in a relaxing atmosphere.

Jess did my manicure, pedicure & an eyelashes tint for me yesterday 6th October and did an extremely professional work on all 3 , Jessica was also kind, friendly and therefore I would not have any doubts about recommending this lovely new member of staff at Prive Salon , which I have been using since the salon opened a number of years ago with all staff bringing professionalism to a great salon. In fairness had I been able to give more than 10 stars to Jess, I most definitely ✨️ have done.

I took my aunty to BH Beauty for a manicure for her 90th birthday as she had never had a manicure before! Dominique was so welcoming, talking my aunty through everything she was going to do. Her nails have become quite brittle and she didn’t think anything could be done to fix them. How wrong she was! She was so pleased with the manicure, telling everyone what she’d had done and waving her nails at them! I would not hesitate to recommend Dominique, BH Beauty is such a calm and relaxing environment and she is clearly a talented lady! Thanks for helping to make my aunt’s birthday so special!

An excellent, professional manicure with Gem , Prive always delivers perfectly & is the most professional salon with all staff properly qualified in beauty therapy with , all the correct qualifications and properly earned by having studied in proper colleges within the legitimate English education system. The salon is comfortable, modern and spacious. Yes 5 * all the way and well deserved .

Because of all its diverse beauty treatments on offer, it isn’t always a very relaxing place when having manicures etc. It is best to pick their less busy times. Very friendly staff.

Can’t fault the service. Owner of the salon is a lovely lady who made us feel very much at home straight away. The colour and coverage of the gel nail manicure was perfect - really happy customers! Thank you!
