I had a 'pick n mix' gift voucher and I chose a facial, head massage and back massage. Laura was my therapist and it was wonderful - I was so relaxed by the end I fell asleep!! The service at the Wallisdown branch is always lovely, calm and professional. Would highly recommend The Venue 👌

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

My friend and I had a pedicure and I also had a manicure, it was totally amazing! The care and attention we received was incredible, all the staff were lovely, we felt quite at home . We will definitely be back and highly recommended Crows Nest, it’s by far the best I’ve ever had! Thank you x

Love my nails, the shape and colour ( my favourite) too. Anita is so skilled and seems to know exactly what I'm wanting too. She makes it look easy but it's not, I know, concentrating on what she's doing, attentive, quietly but efficiently. Thank you very much, gave me such a boost.

The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! This is my 2nd trip to see Kelly. I’m having BIAB nails. Kelly takes her time and ensures colour and shape are all ok. The salon is really friendly and it’s the first place that you are made to feel welcome and enjoy a pamper. Great prices and a fab little salon.

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

She’s done it again. I always think my current set is my favourite, until Lynds creates a new beautiful set! She’s the best in Bournemouth if not the world!

Lynds is just the definition of an angel. She takes care of not only my nails but myself too. She ensures you get exactly what you ask for & takes every small detail into consideration. After moving to Bournemouth I was worried about finding a new nail tech but oh my word it was so easy to get on with Lynds. Before my appointment the other day, I’d had a really rough few days and she listened to everything I had to say & I left the salon feeling much happier after having someone just sit and validate my feelings. She is just a gem & I cannot wait to get my nails done by her every month.

I visited Christine for the first time. She took care and attention to my nails. I will be back to her for file, polish and shellac. I felt the last varnish/shellac seemed very thick so it looked as if l had false nails on, so it was a very hard job for Christine to get it off even after lots of soaking. Thank you

Bespoke Brow Appointment with Cassidy Cassidy did an absolutely amazing job! I arrived with unruly, overgrown brows that were bald in places, and she transformed them into glorious, shapely, majestic little frames for my eyes. She listened, took her time, and created a shape that genuinely suits my face. I walked out feeling so much more polished and confident. Highly recommend! Cassidy is a brow wizard!
