I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Rita was really kind and saw me earlier as i was 20 minutes early to the appt. Came for a holiday to Lisbon and wanted to have a haircut. I have curly hair which needs to be cut different to straight hair. Rita cut my hair in layers and I loved the way she maintained the curls. She is very good and passionate about her job. Highly recommend her.

I got my hair cut and my nails done and I am OBSESSED!!!! Both the hairdresser and the nail tech were so kind, friendly, spoke English perfectly and so incredibly talented! The salon is very chic and modern and I felt so relaxed when I left. Can’t wait to go back for another treatment! Finally found my favorite salon in Lisbon, can’t recommend it enough. 10/10

The service is precise, fast, clean and smooth! Also, in my opinion, introvert friendly. It’s a great place overall for good quality quick manicures and refills. I wanted simple, elegant nudes and I am very satisfied with the outcome, Menuka did a great job. She asked about the shape and all my other wishes, and made sure that everything is going to my liking. The atmosphere was easy and welcoming!

The girl that did my feet was quite rough. Since we are doing two services at the same time she should understand that the client needs to be positioned over and over. Little bit more patience. While doing the waxing for two times someone was at the door one of the times just opened it without permission while I was completely naked. Its a locker room but a little bit more concerne for the client.

I went to OG salon for waxing services and was very pleased. The technician was very thorough and gentle. Location is convenient as well, 1.5 blocks from Avenida metro stop on the blue line. I highly recommend OG salon.

I had a really great waxing experience with Inez. She was friendly, quick and really thorough - did exactly what I asked for! I had some issues with payment (if you’re a tourist, bring cash!!) but she was so understanding and patient while I sorted it out. Would absolutely recommend!
