I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

O serviço é super rápido (apenas 30 min) e o resultado é perfeito. Usam sempre broca para remover as peles e retirar o gelinho sem danificar a unha. Existem milhares de cores disponíveis o no final aplicam sempre creme e oleo para as cuticulas. Recomendo muito!

A Joana foi impecável como sempre! Colocou o meu cabelo de forma maravilhosa. Foi pena o ambiente não colaborar. Ora foi o frasco de acetona que partiu e ficamos aflitas com o cheiro, ora tive que mudar de cadeira para a chefe pintar o cabelo 😅 Mas o resultado final foi espetacular como já estava à espera 🥰

The girl that did my feet was quite rough. Since we are doing two services at the same time she should understand that the client needs to be positioned over and over. Little bit more patience. While doing the waxing for two times someone was at the door one of the times just opened it without permission while I was completely naked. Its a locker room but a little bit more concerne for the client.

I had a really great waxing experience with Inez. She was friendly, quick and really thorough - did exactly what I asked for! I had some issues with payment (if you’re a tourist, bring cash!!) but she was so understanding and patient while I sorted it out. Would absolutely recommend!
